1. How much will it cost for me to get my windows cleaned?

The cost will vary from house to house depending on the type and quantity of windows you have. If you would like to receive an instant online quote, click here. On the day of your scheduled quote, one of our trained technicians will visit your home and give you a detailed outline of the cost. Keep in mind that in-home quotes are more accurate than online quotes.

2. What is involved when getting my windows cleaned?

Step 1: Call to schedule an in-home quote OR click here to fill out our instant online quote. If you have gotten an in-home quote, you will receive a written quote with the breakdown of the price.

Step 2: Schedule your service.

Step 3: Our trained technician(s) will arrive to your home and spend between 1 - 8 hours (depending on the type of work and quantity of windows) working hard to make those windows shine!

Step 4: Our technicians will do a final walk through with you when the work is competed. This way we can ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the job we've done.

Step 5: Payment is due at this time, unless you've signed up for our quarterly payment plan!

Step 6: In the case that a nasty storm has left its marks on your squeeky-clean windows, don't fret. That's when our Rainy-Day Guarantee comes in handy; It states that if this occurs, we'll be happy to come back to your home to provide touch-ups up to 7 days after service, free of charge. 3. Can I just have one window cleaned?

We have a 10 window minimum - so, instead of taking on the burden yourself, let us clean those extra 9 windows.

4. Do you use eco-friendly products?

We sure do! All of the cleaning solutions we use are 100% pet and ecosystem friendly.

5. What happens if rain is predicted on my day of service?

That darn mother nature. In that case, as long as it is not lightning or down-pouring we'll continue the job. But if the weather turns bad, we'll set up another day for you.

6. Does rain make my windows dirty?

No. Rain is pure, so by itself it won't be leaving any traces on your windows. However, if your windows are already dirty, the rain will smear the dirt and grime, leaving marks.

7. Will I need to provide the water used for cleaning?

No. provide everything we'll need to clean your windows.

8. Will I need to move my things away from the windows before the technician arrives

No. But we do ask that you move anything breakable or valuable away from the windows. We always treat your belongings with respect but accidents do happen on occasion. As far as any large furniture pieces are concerned, we'll be happy to move them for you and put them back where they belong once we're finished.

9. How long will it take the the technician to clean my windows?

This is dependent upon how many windows need to be cleaned and how dirty they are. However, your technician will give you a time estimate on the day of your in-home quote.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal/business checks, cash, credit cards, and paypal.

11. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we sure do! We make it easy for you by setting up 4 auto payments for 3 months. Ask your window cleaning technician to find out more.

12. How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Most of our customers have their windows cleaned twice per year. Although, some of our customers who live in areas where there is a lot of construction or tree pollen like to have their windows cleaned more frequently. It really just comes down to personal preference.

13. Do I really need to have my screens cleaned?

Having your screens cleaned makes a world of difference, especially when they're heavily soiled. Having clean screens actually makes your home feel brighter. We don't recommend only having your windows cleaned, this is because the dirt from the screens can transfer to your windows, making them dirty too!

14. When you clean my chandelier or light fixture, do you replace the bulbs also?

Of course! As long as you've got the light bulbs we'll be happy to replace them for you.

15. Do you have insurance?

Yes. We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance so that each and every interaction you have with us is worry free.

16. Do you offer any type of guarantee?

Yes. We offer three types guarantees:

On-Time Guarantee: This states that we'll show up when we say we will or we'll clean your windows for free.

110% Satisfaction Guarantee: This states that if you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our window-cleaning job you'll receive 100% of your money back and 10% off your next service with us.
